Thank you for your interest in our Wedding Cakes. Chef Dan, daughter Alicia, and their dedicated baking staff invite you to taste our signature cakes. Our specialty is Genoise, a rich, light sponge cake used by all gourmet bakers. Cake tastings are by appointment only. We hope to be part of your special day!
Cake pricing begins at $3.00 per slice. Minimum guest servings is 75. The top tier is complimentary for Cakes that serve 100 guests or more. Additional Fondant Design Work (ribbons, bows, etc.) is an additional $50/hr.

Chef Dan recommends a 6 month advance notice for reserving your date. A 30% deposit is required at booking. Balance and final guest count is due 2 weeks prior to your event. All deposits are forfeited for cancellations 6 months or less prior to your event.
Delivery and setup is $40 within 15 miles. Rental item deposits and charges may apply for cake displays, fountains, platters, etc. All deposits are fully refundable for items returned in same condition within 48 hours of your event.
